  27. 1 tsp dhaniya powder
  28. 1 tsp jeera powder

Instructions to make to make Chicken seekh korma

  1. Take boneless chicken add ginger garlic paste,salt,redchilli flakes,onion, roasted bengal gram,coriander leaves,green chilli and pudina.Grind it into paste.
  2. Now add curd to it,so that the seekh will become soft.Mix well.Take a charcoal add some oil to it and cover the lid for 20 mins.
  3. Now made in the shape of seekh and shallow fry all the seekhs and keep aside.
  4. Now take yoghurt add tomato puree,add the masalas and fried onion and give it a good mix.
  5. Take a vessel add some oil to it.Now add tej patta,laung,cinnamon cloves,whole black pepper saute for a while and add ginger garlic paste,cook on very slow flame.Now add the yoghurt mixture to it and cook till all the masalas,tomato puree is cooked well.
  6. Now add the fried seekhs to it.Cover the lid and cook for a while till the gravy thickens.Garnish with coriander and serve.
